I am the founder and executive director of The International Higher Education Teaching and Learning (HETL) Association - a professional network and community that comprises several thousand educators from across the globe.  Through The HETL Association I help educators as well as business, government, and community leaders build professional and organizational capacity.


PROVIDING SOLUTIONS
I am the founder and principal of the Academe Group (AG). AG consults and advises organizations within the global higher education community. We provide the following services: research and analysis, planning and strategy, implementation and assessment, and advisory services. We specialize in the following areas: student recruitment and retention, technology and e-learning, instructional design and program development, and organizational effectiveness and capacity building, and organizational planning and strategy development.
